In addition to being colleagues in the music industry, SHINee and Yoo Hee Yeol revealed that they were once neighbors.
On the March 5 broadcast of KBS’ Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketch Book,
Yoo Hee Yeol revealed that he and SHINee used to live in the same
apartment complex. “I used to see them a lot in the elevator after
exercising in the morning.”
Upon hearing that, the SHINee members cocked their heads and said, “Was that morning exercise? Whenever we saw you, you were wearing exercise clothes, but in your hand was a basket with shampoo, conditioner, and body shampoo, so we always thought you were returning from the bathhouse.”

Yoo Hee Yeol was understanding, but couldn’t hide his disappointment saying, “I waited for you for so long. I wanted to play games with you and chit chat and do the truth game at night…”
