The Busan International Fireworks Festival is a yearly celebration that spans a week, attracting 1.3 million attendees per year to South Korea's city of Busan. The festival became an annual tradition after the initial celebrations saw a staggering amount of popularity.
A concert included in the festival's itinerary will feature the talents of some of Hallyu's biggest idol groups, including Big Bang, Miss A, SHINee, U-KISS, and T-ara. Renowned solo artists Se7en and Psy will also be in attendance.
Visitors from far and wide will gather on Gwangalli Beach as the night sky explodes with glittering light and color over Gwangandaegyo Bridge.
This October, the festival will light up the night sky beginning on the 21st and wrapping up on the 29th. The Hallyu Concert is scheduled for October 28th, ending the festival week with a bang.
